Refund policy

The Nourish Way is a digital product. After your payment is confirmed you get immediate access to download the full bundle — eight volumes, 497 pages, yours to keep and re-read at any time. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Because the files cannot be returned once they have been downloaded, they are not refundable once downloaded, except where the law provides otherwise; outside those cases we may still grant a refund at our reasonable discretion.

If your download link did not arrive, check your spam folder first; if it still is not there, or the files will not open on your device, write to info@thenourishway.com with your order number and we will send them to you directly. We answer every message. If you were charged twice, contact us and we will refund you.

If the product is not what you expected, tell us before anything else. Write to info@thenourishway.com. In most cases we can solve the problem directly, and we would rather do that than have you leave unhappy.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order.
